GRANTS

The Club acknowledges the assistance of the SA Office of Recreation & Sport
& the Australian Government Dept. of Families, Housing, Community Services & Indigenous Affairs (the Volunteers Grant Program) for making grants available to permit the club to purchase a range of sporting equipment.

LIFE MEMBERS

Dear Life Members,

Adding to the tradition of the Payneham Cricket Club, I would like to offer you the opportunity to acquire a club shirt with both the traditional Payneham Logo and the Dukes Logo plus ‘Life Member’ embroidered under the Payneham Cricket Club logo. If you are interested please contact myself (details can be obtained under Contacts on this web page).

I also request that after you have purchased your shirt and you are attending the club on a Saturday that you wear your shirt. This is to enable player and members of the club to identify our Life Members so that they can put faces to the names that are listed on our honour board.

To extend the tradition further those of us that are privilege to be Life Members and have a Life Members shirt.

I would like to impose a fine if you don’t wear your shirt on a Saturday; the fine only applies if you are challenged by another Life Member for not wearing your shirt. Then you will be required to purchase a drink for the Life Member that challenged you.
